STARTER SESSION

During your Starter Session I will get to know you and your dog(s) so that I can assess your needs, then create a personalised profile and tailored training plan for you!

I will also show you some of my methods and give some professional advice.

This session is necessary to properly set you and your pooch up for success!

Cancellation Policy

Once your session date/time has been booked into our diary then your appointment is confirmed and saved for you!

Following this point cancellation fees apply unless cancellation is made over 48 hours prior to your appointment time.

Fees are as follows -

If cancellation is made before the 48 hours leading up to your session then it is free!
If cancellation is made within the 48 hours leading up to your session then 50% of your proposed session price will still be expected.
If cancellation is made on or after your session time (or if no cancellation is made), then full session fee will be charged.
